The next I'll administer the approval of the bills payable on the motion of the second please. So moved. Please take a look at the bills payable all all of them. That'll be a quick one. Wow. Let me take some time to ponder. Any questions on bills payable, trustees? Altensey, Rodendahl, Wilken, Sellers, Motion passes The next one is Discussion and Approval of Certified Agreement with NICA to Administer the Senior Property Assistance Pilot Program. I need a motion and a second please in order to have discussion. I'm going to move to discuss our book. Okay, this program, guys, is a seven month private program we're going to do for some of our senior residents and we're starting in the third, fifth, and seventh wars because we want to keep the program, you know, kind of small until we can work out all the kinks, okay? You said the third and seventh? Fifth, third, and seventh wars. Oh, fifth, third, okay. We want to start with 20 seniors right now to keep the program kind of small to work out all the kinks and all that stuff. What it entails is seniors will have leaf blowing and services provided for them, snow removal, ice removal, and in the spring they'll have their yards and stuff raked and get prepared for summer and with some mowing in the springtime. I would like to get a good grasp on the program before, well, not the program, get an understanding over these next seven months on how everything is going to work, how it's going to flow before I come to the board and ask, hey, can we extend it? So before any of that, this is just a product that we want to do for seven months. Give me your questions. I thought the program was a great idea, so we're not going to, in this program, we're probably not going to have much of any mowing because of the time. Right, right. There'll be more, they're going to be blowing leaves to the street for pickup and getting prepared for the snow and the ice and all that stuff. And hopefully the snow doesn't fall before they can get the leaves picked up. Yeah, we don't control that one. I would be interested in how, and I haven't thought about this myself, but in terms of how you thought in terms of evaluating it, what do you know to see about taking it bigger, how are we going to look at it to say what may need to be changed, how successful it was and all those kinds of things? Nike is going to report back to us everything that's going on. We are going to also start looking at having a waiting list for potentially next year. So I'm going to gauge how the program is going to go based off of how many people want to sign up for in the spring. And then we'll take it from there. If we have a good number saying, hey, we want this program to continue, then we We will look at continuing the program at that point in time. That sounds good. Because I don't think it would be wise of us to try and jump out and do a massive program city-wide right now without having all of our kinks worked out because we are working with NICA on this and we're going to have two organizations that are going to be collaborating on this. So I want to get that all worked out before we expand the program. Is NICA income driven as to who's accepted? If you look at the program, if a senior is part of the senior freeze exemption, then that would pretty much make them eligible because that's income. So that's what we're basing on. Now this is not for landlord's rental property, no. This is for homeowners. And my seniors who I really don't want them out trying to shovel snow or rake leaves or trying to chip ice off of their sidewalks. I really don't want that. So if we can help, I think that would be good. It doesn't necessarily make any difference to us, but do you know, is NICA planning on doing this with employee staff or contract? I'm sure they're probably going to maybe contract it out. Yeah, I'm sure that's what they're going to do. I want to make sure that we have someone who's going to do it, someone who's going to be reliable. And so that's where our mind is, because the last thing we want is for seniors to be calling us and not to say, wait, the person didn't show up and didn't move our snow. Now, my husband is at least 80 years old trying to shovel the snow. We don't want that. So we've got to make sure we have reliable people doing it. So I was thinking it might be useful at the end of the program to get some feedback from the seniors. Absolutely, absolutely. So what we'll have in place is toward the probably maybe like a month or a half a month before the program comes to an end, we send information to the seniors I think it's as much needed and a good idea to see if it can make it work. Okay. All right. Well, Madam Clerk, I guess please call the roll. Altensey. Aye. Odendahl. Aye. Wilken. Aye. Sellers. Aye. Okay, motion passed. Motion passes. The next order of business is the Supervisor's Report, and I have some information to hand out. I have our latest, our third disbursement. One, two. Thank you. And you need one. Nice basket, okay? Okay. And then, uh-oh. Thank you. Kelvin needs one, too. I'm also going to hand out our expenditure to budget report to let you guys know how we are coming along with our budget for this year. You need one of those too, Mayda? No, I don't. Okay. Barb, you need that one. I need one for Mike. Did you give me two? Yeah. You put one for Kelvin, right? Yeah. Okay, excellent. I didn't think Looney Tunes was on the sleeve in the day. Funny, funny. Good, you guys taking a look at everything? And trustees, as you guys probably can already tell, our elevator is still out. Yes, it is. We've been reaching out to the building manager and they told us what six to eight weeks that That was how many weeks ago? Two weeks ago to get a motor for the LBF. But in the very beginning, they gave you a timeline and that's past, right? Yes. So, there are other things that we are also looking at as well. So, yeah. Alright. Next are the business assessors. I have nothing to report tonight, but if anybody has any questions? Alright. The next order of business is trustees report. Trustees? Nothing. Okay, so if there's public comments, any public comments? Is there any other business coming forward to town? Seeing that there is none, I will entertain the motion to adjourn until Monday, October 5th, 2026, at 4:30 PM So moved. I'll second it. Motion to adjourn. I was waiting for you, Ted. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Too bad. Motion carries. Thank you, guys.
