Call the meeting to order. It's the July 9th, Thursday evening. It says nursing center committee meeting. Does anyone want to do the prayer? Okay, I'll do it. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing us all together this evening. Please guide us in any concerns the nursing home committee should have. In Jesus' name, Amen. I pledge allegiance to the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Do I have a motion to approve the agenda? Okay. Second. Ronnie, second. Mrs. Baker. All in favor? Opposed? Same side, motion carries. Review and approve the meeting minutes for June 11, 2026. Do I have a motion to approve? Ms. Bush, second, Ms. Baker, all in favor, say aye, same side, motion carries. And any public comments tonight, that's what appeared to be. Ann reports to the committee. We have 80 residents in the building today. We did have an active complaint survey on Tuesday. No fines were received and I'm still following up on payment for previous fines. I did approve it and was waiting on confirmation that it was paid. So I will get that to you guys as soon as I get a confirmation. And then we did increase in some agency hours, we went up to 138 hours, the holiday weekend caused some, we had some call-ups and stuff, and there have been a few people leave, so, and then I have touched base with Cody from the union, he'll be in tomorrow to speak to staff, so, him and I talked, so, and then that's it, everything else is going pretty good. Well, if I was with the union, what's your take on that? How do you feel about that? I think it was just some miscommunication because when him and I talked, he was, he'll be in tomorrow. So, so I really got from it was that maybe some misunderstanding on both ends, maybe about whether he could come or not. He was always allowed in, but. Are your employees working in the reunion, Pat, Patrick, or Cindy? They are. So it was renewed? In the contract, it says that it automatically renews every March, like for the next year. So a huge negotiation though from when it expired in December of 25? The way myself and surrounding states are reading it, it just auto-renews with the same terms until one of the parties does something about it. As far as the fine is concerned, we're past the deadline date. I don't know that we've heard anything from the State of Illinois, but the fine was in the name of Stephenson County, so we want to make sure that there's anything late or anything like that will be covered. So I guess as soon as you have confirmation, would you please let us know? Yes. Thank you. Any other questions? There's the old business. Is there any new business? Any comments from the committee? I'm not really a committee, but there has been progress on the auto materials. Just wanted to update everyone with that. There was audit materials that were waiting on from the nursing, but there's been a lot delivered the last couple of days and a lot of follow-up done, so hopefully we are still on track. Do I have a motion to adjourn? Mr. Bush? Second. Mr. Baker, all in favor say aye. Aye. And then thank you for attending. Our next meeting will be August 13, 2026 at 630.
