Ready? Relax. Okay. Call that meeting to order. It's the July 9th, Thursday evening. It's a nursing center committee meeting. And does anyone want to do the prayer? Okay, I'll do it. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing us all together this evening. Please guide us in any concerns the nursing home committee should have. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the Father of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation, other God, indivisible, with liberty and justice from all. Do I have a motion to approve the agenda? Second. Ronnie? Second. Spaker. All in favor? All in favor? Upload, same side. Motion carries. Review and approve the meeting that is for June 11, 2026. Do I have a motion to approve? Motion to approve. Ms. Bush? Second. Ms. Baker? All in favor? say aye. Same side, motion carries. And any public comments tonight? That doesn't appear to be. No. And reports to the committee. We have 80 residents in the building today. We did have an active complaint survey on Tuesday No fines were received and I'm still following up on payment for previous fines. I did approve it and just waiting on confirmation that it was paid. So I will get that to you guys as soon as I get confirmation. And then we did increase in some agency hours, we went up to 138 hours. The holiday weekend caused some, we had some call-ups and stuff and there have been a few people leave. So, and then I have a touch base with Cody from the union. He'll be in tomorrow to speak to Seth. So him and I talked. So, and then that's it. Everything else is going pretty good. What's your, what's your, what's your, what's your, what's your take on that? How do you feel about that? I think it was just some like miscommunication because when him and I talked he was he'll be in tomorrow so so I really got from it was that maybe some just misunderstanding on both ends maybe about whether he could come or not he was always allowed in but okay are your employees working under a union contract or so they are they are so it was renewed it's um In the contract, it says that it automatically renews every March for the next year. So a negotiation, though, from when it expired in December of 25? The way myself and surrounding states are reading it, it just auto-renews with the same terms until one of the parties does something about it. As far as the fine is concerned, we're past the deadline date. I don't know that we've heard anything from the state of Illinois, but the fine was in the name of Stevenson County, so we want to make sure that if there's anything late or anything like that, we'll be covered, so I guess as soon as you have confirmation, would you please last time? Yes. Thank you. Any other questions? There's the old business. Is there any new business? Any comments from the committee? I'm not really committee, but there has been progress on the audit materials. Just wanted to update everyone with that. So there was audit materials that we're waiting on from the nursing, but there's been a lot delivered the last couple of days and a lot of follow-up done. so hopefully we are still on track. Do I have a motion to adjourn? Mr. Bush? Second. Second. Mrs. Baker, all in favor say aye. Aye. And then thank you for attending. Our next meeting will be August 13, 2026 at 630.
