In Jesus' name, amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the state of America and to your colleague from which it stands, one nation, another, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. 1-0, approval of the agenda. Review and approval of the meeting minutes for August 13, 2026. Any questions on the minutes? None. Do I have a motion to approve the August 13, 2026 meeting minutes? Motion to approve. Ms. Baker, second? Second. Mr. Bush, all in favor? Okay. I'll approve the same sign. Motion carries. 6.0 public comments are unknown. 7.0 reports to the committee. Refinition Senate. So when I wrote this, we had 85, but we are expected to have 90 by the weekend. So a new milestone, yes. We also continue to monitor staffing. We do increase staffing as we increase census. An agency was 25 hours last week. And Cody continues to visit for intermittent union visits. We also did get the two new washers I talked about last month. so we have the new dishwasher, two new washers, everything's clean and then it is EVF Appreciation Week so just a shout out to the EVF team at Cerami Estates. They do an amazing job of keeping our facility clean and comfortable for the residents and then otherwise we just continue to monitor our survey follow-up action, census, staffing, and QAPI performance indicators. No questions? How is the school of the union? Same. I mean, Cody comes to visit to talk to the staff, but there's really nothing here or there. Mrs. Lawford, can I ask a question? Yes. Solar Field. That's almost done. Good. It's real close. It's got like three rows left. Okay. Okay. I did also forget to say that Annette Williams she's been with us for 31 years she's retiring she's our director of nursing she had a really good opportunity to be able to stay at home with her daughter and get paid and so Stephanie is going to be taking over as our director of nursing and we're really excited about it. Congratulations. Thank you. I'm forward to it. And what did you do before? As floor nurse. A nurse. Yeah. Okay. How long have you been there? Well they're off and on for 10 years and floor nurse for almost 17. Okay, any old business or any new business? Any comments from the committee members? And then Sherman, I guess, or do I have the motion to adjourn? So moved. Second. Second was Mr. Hadley. Mr. Hadley. Okay. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Thank you for attending our meeting. And the next meeting will be October 8th. That's 630. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
