So moved. Second. Okay. Do I have, okay, any discussion? All in favor, say aye. Aye. Motion carries. Any public comments? Just see none. 7.0 reports to the committee. She said, yep, you're here. I'm thinking. Hey, I'm working over there. Monica. Yes. So we're at 86 residents. today. We're hoping to get to 90 by the end of the month. I think it was last week, two weeks ago, we had the federal inspector there, so they randomly choose facilities to follow up on state surveyors, that may be our lucky term, but no findings from them. We did have some new recommendations for staff posting, which we obliged with immediately, and it can be seen at the front desk when you come in. The facility continues to monitor staffing levels. Our agency hours last week were 38.83 and Cody continues to visit the building for intermittent union visits for I think tomorrow will be his third time. And then we got a new dishwasher today and we are expecting to get two new washers next week. So we're excited about that. I have a question. With the union person that comes in, what exactly does he do if he's come in, like, if this is the third time? He just comes to talk to the staff. But it wouldn't be all the staff. It would be only the union staff? The ones that are eligible for it. Right. Okay. And that is until March of next year, that contractor? Sure. That is to be determined. Oh, to be determined? Okay. That's all my questions. Okay. My staff, as far as turnover is concerned, are you experiencing quite a bit? I've had little board members say that there's a lot of turnover. I don't know how they know that. I guess that's why I'm asking. We've had a huge influx of people wanting to work there, leaving other facilities to come work at Serenity Estates. We did just lose two-thirds of nurses, but not for facility-related reasons. One was a babysitter issue, and one was she just really wanted for a shift. So you're telling us that there's not a turnover issue as far as you're concerned? No. Good. Thank you. Appreciate the clarification. Yes. Yeah, questions So you're getting two new washers? Yes. Didn't we just put the washer in a while back? Machine or dishes for sure did. Okay. We're getting both. The dishwasher was today and two new washers are next week, I believe. The washers, I'm being told, are over 10 years old. Oh, wow. It was a dishwasher. I've heard of yours, too, now that I think about it. Three years? Oh, yeah. Cool. And just one other question. You guys had an active complaint. Has that been resolved? I think that was run up in the last meeting. They had come for an active complaint. And you sent us an email saying that it was not founded, that the state came in? They came twice in July. One was unfounded and one, the reason they were there was unfounded, but then we did get a not fine related citation for air mattresses. Two of the air mattresses were not set at the correct weight. So not a complaint, just while they were there, they discovered it? Yes. Okay. And is there any old business? Any new business? Any comments from the committee members? All in favor say aye. Thank you for your attendance. Next meeting will be September 10th at 6 o'clock. Thanks, Monica. Yes, I did reach out to Kevin too from Silver Creek about that.
