Moore. So that gave us, so we could do seven of the kennels since those dogs were moved. And then once we get little again, we'll move around and do the other ones. The ones we did were the ones that were like against the wall that would go into a different room. So the ones that aren't done are ones that are easy to mop around. And they're, I put with the less dirty dogs in, I would say. Can I ask you a short question? Why do you have to caulk these cages? Because where the base connects to the wall, there's a gap. So when you're spraying, the water goes down that gap instead of goes in the base. It's not a defect in the kennels. No, no. And I remember the original kennels that I wanted when I was reading their instructions, they said that you do have to caulk. Well, our two kids that we got here on the ones we got. So I went back to those and I'm like, yeah, yep. They had to be that way too. So, and now the ones that are caught are working amazing. No water is leaking out. And they're, the kennels do have things that I would not have done on. The swinging bowls are not the quality. I wouldn't have got them if I knew the quality of the Bulls, the dogs can stand on them and they start bending right away. I wouldn't have gotten them if I knew the quality of them. The walls and everything are- What's made up? It's the piece that holds the Bulls in is flimsy. So if you got a dog that's rambunctious or we had two younger dogs that would just stand on them. And then eventually, well, they're going to give way. And then we had the problem where they didn't send us enough, oh, which I'm in contact with them, we're gonna get that taken care of. They're gonna have to take money off because we paid for stuff that should have been included. Otherwise, I meant the kennels are amazing. They're holding up, the main kennels holding up. It's amazing how different the animals are especially the dogs they in the new building versus at the animal hospital you can see they're they're way less stressed I mean I can walk in there and they're just all laying down just chillaxing at the animal hospital they were bouncing off the walls you can tell they were unsettled they never fully relaxed a whole lot even with staff there most dogs that that know you will eventually, oh, she's here, whatever. There, they're like, oh, always moving. So it's definitely, the cats are doing way better there. Everything in that way is way better. Everybody's doing that, which makes them more adaptable because they're calm and showing their true colors instead of bouncing off the walls. So we currently have 15 dogs. One that is on hold is one of the eviction dogs. I got to find out what we can do. I'm pretty sure we can adopt it out. There was three dogs. Son came and got the two dogs, but couldn't take the third dog. They're huge dogs. The ones he took were Great Pyrenees, Latinxes. So he didn't have room in this vehicle and he lives up north. So I got to talk to the mom and see about that. Catwise, We have 26 total. Seven are adaptable. 19 Are on hold. That's mom and babies. So we're down on cats, which is good. That's the number I like to keep. Our cages are full, but it's a nice, easy number. We did have a setback with our big printer. Decided the screen no longer came up and IT came and I looked at it, it probably needs a whole new thing. So then I had the baby printer. Well, the baby printer we didn't have ink for, had to find the ink for it, got ink for it. So now we're up and running with a baby printer, which is good. So that set us back with notices, which once I get online payments and office payments done, I can start sending notices because I want to make sure we pull the ones that obviously were brought in. So by end of next week, we should be caught back up on getting the notices out. Um, I have deposits to go to the charger's office, which should be in Monday. I should be able to get them over there. If not tomorrow, um, lots of people have come in. Lots of takes payments have been coming in. People are knowing where the building is. Um, I'd like at the ribbing kind of ceremony. I'd like to take a picture and make that part of our website too, like have that feed on it to draw more people in. I'm working on getting a sign at the drive. I think we can just cover the sign that's out there. I'm going to talk to the city about what's the rules of putting like a banner type sign over the sign that's out there. And I don't know if we need to sign for Mantic Wife. Otherwise, I'm very proud of this plaque. We received this from Best Friends. They are the largest, pretty much rescue network in the United States. We were recognized for non-kill status, a seating saving rate of 90%, dogs and cats that we've taken in. So the 10%, pretty much I can tell you were aggressive animals are too sick to rescue. So that is steps from where we were probably 10 years ago. And this will bring more people in and more donations in because we can display this. I'm going to put it on Facebook and everything so people know, and I don't lie about our numbers. Our numbers are true numbers. What I sent them are true, but something down, I don't why. I'm not like the other rescues that will transfer them out to do it. Our numbers are true numbers. Other things, like I said, July was hard with the dogs and cats both there, getting into a routine. I was working more hours than I would like, but we're in a routine now. We got it out. Everybody knows what we're doing. Claims for, the license plate claim was one that I use Beth's credit card because we don't have a credit card. And then that's just replacing paying for that. Otherwise it's the basics. One is the final bill for the highway, final bill for the animal hospital. Yes, for the van. Like I said, July was rough. And the animal hospital somehow got paperwork screwed up and take money screwed up. So August might be a little different for them because of some errors on the staff's part that we got figured out. So the revenue is down, but the office will be in for August because I didn't get it done. And I didn't want to, I mean, I could put, I got it. I just didn't want to, so it will go into August or I can always update this later, but the money will be in August. So I figured we did not put it in there at all. Any questions on that stuff? I have a question. Yeah. Your rent at the new facility is always going to be at 1140? Yes. Okay. Yep. So the difference between what the contract was, which was? It was the added of the 160 for the internet 160 on top the internet's 160 and the rest of it yeah yes yeah and it will obviously be the same right now yeah right that will be the number now yeah yeah I was just looking for clarification Yeah, whatever that little piece of the, yeah, phone, whatever the little 160 was of the thing. Yeah, I think it was phone. It was the monthly occurrence fee. Okay. You were saying the animals seem easier to deal with in the new facilities. The implication was, I thought I heard you say that, that makes them easier to adopt. Yes. So do you, do you think that'll just streamline the process? Do you expect an increase in those numbers? I'd be curious. Oh yeah. Yeah. I'd be curious over the next year if we could track that just to see. And honestly, the old building, I didn't like to do videos. I like our new building. I like to showcase the animals and now I feel like we got nice play yards and we got nice lobby that we can take them out. We got green grass that we can show people, you know, take them out. The cattery is nice where the cats can actually, the cats actually get time out of their page and they can just hang out. We can take better pictures because they can be loose and we can, you know, cats are hard to take pictures of. And, you know, cats are hard to take pictures of, guys. I don't know if you ever tried to save a picture of a cat, but it's a pain. And now we can let them wander around and get good pictures, which I was working on today, getting updated pictures on pet fighters, because a lot of our cats didn't have any pictures. They just seem, I don't know, it's weird. Like, I never thought I would, like a dog that used to be off the walls at the animal hospitals, like just laying there, I'm like, who are you? You said something about a ribbon cutting. Yes, I don't know when it's going to happen, but you guys, I'll let you know sometime in August. They said, so I think the owner, Don was out of town. So I think we're looking for her to get back so she can be there. Okay. But you're coordinating that with the city or with the greater free for partnership. That was kind of George's thing. August or September? I think it's supposed to be August. Okay, well then I think it could be Christmas. Yeah, I don't know, it could be whatever. I don't honestly care. Just let me know when I'm there. So I think they said August, but. Chairman Helms. Got questions if no one else does or everyone's done? So there's two dogs that were just recently reclaimed? Yes. What fee do you charge for reclaiming animals? So those were a little different. They were the evictions. So I just made sure they were current on because they weren't really free slaves. They weren't his dogs. They, he was kind of adopting them. And I just, honestly, I let him take them because those dogs were just trying to destroy the kennels and get out. So the sooner we could get them and I don't know when his mom's going to get a house. House. So those normally at $75. So in your budgetary status report, there's $150 in that line for the year. Yes. So you've only charged two people to reclaim animals? That doesn't seem right. We haven't really had a whole lot of reclaims though, to be honest. I'd have to go back. That doesn't seem right. Well, I mean, to me, it doesn't seem right if we're not charging for that because you're incurring expenses for housing those animals in your budget. It's an issue as far as revenue is concerned. I understand your point, but I don't think the kid had money and if we would have kept those dogs, they were large dogs. I think they would have ended up doing damage. The one we kept is trying to break out offenses. So, normally I don't give a deal. This was, we only had him a day and it was basically they got evicted. I took the dogs, he came the next day. And it wasn't like they were running at large. They were removed from the house. I mean, I can come home. I'm sure you've come up with the money, but I just, and it wasn't- there needs to be a procedure in place of when you are charging and when you are not charging and that needs to be tracked with the business itself and that's exactly what it is, it's not generating enough revenue to cover expenses. Okay, just unilaterally decide when you are and are not going to charge fees that the county has implemented for that purpose. Right. So that's my concern is when you decide to do and when you don't, I don't want to have dogs forever. So I get maybe you would. Like this was an extreme situation. I never like if I picked the dog up as a stray, they would have paid the 75. But this was an eviction and it's like, you know, those people don't have the money because they're getting evicted, they haven't paid rent. I think it was a sale thing. And you said it was the very next day? Yeah, the kid came down from Michigan or I don't know, up north and he's like, I can only take the two, that's all I have room for. Is there any process to vet the people that are taking those animals? I made, I, what do you mean vet? Well, I'm asking you, what do you do? So I made, I had him call his mother to make sure that I could release the dogs to him because they were technically her dogs. So I needed permission from her to release the dogs. And then he did fill out our, our forms. So I know who he was, happy with his license. I know who he is, where he lives. The one dog was current. He had to go get the other dog current Brandt before traveling to cross state lines. And that's what he did. Is the van on a maintenance schedule for oil changes, things like that? Yes, absolutely. It just had its first line last month. Now, as far as the plaque is concerned, do you have any concerns that if you're advertising no kill, that that in fact causes people want to bring you animals because they have concerns about that. If we don't have room, we don't have room. So we're not in this. I've been turning people down left and right for cats and dogs. I'm not I'm not setting up temporary kennels for dogs. The puppies are a little different because I wanted to start training them. But they're in big dog kennels now paired up. But we're not setting up temporary crates to bring more animals. What kennels we have or what kennels we have people I had one lady get real upset and she's like what am I supposed to do I'm like I can tell you everybody's full I don't know what to tell you put it on Facebook and that people that are taking them okay thank you Can I follow up with your thoughts, Chairman Helms? Two things I think that are important when you go to reclaim the animal, you're going to turn it back. One is to collect money, but the other is to make sure that they were vaccinated for rabies. It's mandatory. If they're not current, the dog goes to the animal hospital and gets vaccinated. It has to get the registration and everything. So I had one, for instance, I picked up, we'll say Monday. He was not current, so they had to meet me at the animal hospital to pick up their and the other dog so it can be current and we got the $75 and then we had to get rabies and registration on the slide. Great. Thank you. Yeah. Anybody else have anything? Just Mr. Nock. Follow up. Just kind of follow up on Chairman's thoughts. If you don't have policies written down for people to refer to, maybe start putting them down because you know people people will say well I know of a person that this happened to and you let and they got away with even for some day just put just put the policy in right so that beyond you and whoever comes after you or whoever comes in just wanders in can't try to take advantage of your you know in this because there's policy so then then we then we know when there's another about animals running at large. So we almost need one for. Just your standard operating procedures. How. The sheriff evicts. There's eviction and dogs are. Dogs and cats are taken. Within an eviction, do you have to go pick them up or did they bring them in? No, I had to go there. Or is there a covered cost that you incur? Anderson. So on an eviction, I absolutely would expect that those individuals would pay a reclaiming fee to pick their animal up. I mean, that's not the county's fault that they were evicted from their house. I'm having a policy, not even a policy, just having procedures doesn't need to be approved by the board, but it spells out exactly who can pick up for what reason and what that cost is. And as the guide, the map, if you will, what you do when you have a situation. And being uniform is very important to me. Just to Mr. Newton's point. Action. It's all good. Very good. Anyone else? We'll come back to you budget after that. Thank you, Christian. Yeah, of course. Moving on to the highway department. Moving on to the highway department, item 6.2. Can you go first or do I have to go first? The last month we've replaced three culverts on North Rock City Road between 75 and Rodgrove in preparation for next year's CAR and our pavement preservation plan. We seal coated for seven townships, Wadlands, Winslow, Rida, Rock Grove, Aaron, Florence and Silver Creek. Quite a few miles there too. I think we did close to 10 miles for Aaron if you include the double seal for initial gravel. So we got a lot of that. We've been Striping, mowing, patching potholes, replaced the driveway pipe in Cedarville, fixed a few washouts from the rain, hard rains on some shoulders, but brushing a few spots for visibility purposes, cleaned up a few downed trees from storms and dizz and shoulder stone on Sunset Drive and started selling on Cedarville. I'm here going in for Dale. I don't know if he usually gives you guys this, but I figured I'd print it off for you and let you look at it while I go down the list. You really probably don't need to keep this, but you can if you want. It just kind of highlights what's going on this summer? Thank you. So we had the pre-con for the Orangeville CIDR a couple of weeks ago. That's supposed to start Monday. Whether or not that happens is anyone's guess at this point, but they're going to at least be putting out signage for road closures on Orangeville Road on Monday, as far as I know. Cedarville Road, Orangeville, or Dakota Road, The FDR projects, those haven't had any updates in a while. The contract sign, we're just waiting on the movement from the state, same with the West Point Railroad crossing. We're waiting for the state to sign off. The West Point Township Bridge, that is almost done. That is the first bridge project we got going on this summer. They just have to do the hot mix left on the top of the Bridge Day. Other than that, bridges, so the road will be open fairly soon. It should have been done this week, I think, but with the rain, I couldn't put any hot mess down. So the next bridge, the pre-con for that is September 2nd. So they'll get started on that mid-September, probably. And then yeah the Orangeville Road CRCL code that's going to start Monday and then we have a letting date for the McConnell Road intersection which is next Tuesday that just got we just found that out a couple days ago. Yeah no updates on the Volkner Overpass or the HSIP signage pricing but other than that those are all really any of the changes this last month so you guys have any questions. I don't want to say that but it's kind of looking like that. I think the last update we got was a couple months ago and it was I think the direct quote was it's in the queue from whoever was designing those plans. Is that Willett? I think the plans are done. We're just waiting on, we just signed the supplement, or no, I'm sorry. I think CN Railroad is still waiting. They're giving the money, they're paying for it, Sure. But they're just working on the, I'm assuming the contract and things like that. Like the plans, the actual plans are done from Willett and stuff. Like 95% done. I think that's what I thought it was. CN had something. Yeah. It's in the, it's in the CN's court. Yeah. So this is like you go out like this. Whatever that means. Everything CN does is going to be in slow motion. Does anybody have an update on the washout issue that was caused by the subcontractor on some of those? Oh, the guardrail project last year? I don't think we've heard back from the contractor since probably the last meeting. I don't know if you guys talked about it then, but we, um, I think Dale came to the conclusion on like whose fault, whose fault it was. We reached out back to, uh, Northern, who was the main contractor for that project and they're yet to get back to us. So certified letters to Northern, Northern and Southern, like Florida, what's that again? Constantine, Gallentine, which is the seating. I think they're the, they were the, they were the people that actually did the contract. So we've said, and basically, um, Dale's come to the conclusion, talked, spoke with the state, basically it's on there. We're pushing the contract, it's on on the contractor because they didn't do the mulch method two or three and so it's we're just waiting on the subcontractor so it's I just wanted we're just waiting on that to have probably a safety concern and if we have to poke them again poke them because somebody They could go in that thing and go into the guardrail or something, so make sure they get on that. Yeah. I know there's the follow-up. All right. Thank you. Anyone else? This time I'll vote. I think that's going to be done before the end of the year. The end of the year? From what I understand, we were getting motion on that project, but we're still, it's already have worked through August and they haven't started anything. Plans are done, but I don't want to give you any false hope. The state just approved it within the last two or three weeks. It's going to Letty. Yeah, it's going to Letty. There's like 75 working days, I think, for that project. Well, my understanding is the state's funding for that is for this fiscal year, which would expire June 30th, 2027. I don't think that's an issue for, I mean, because I believe Dale brought that up and I believe that's not, I don't think that's an issue, though. I think the funds will be there if that's the case, but we're still pushing for it because it's going to let in. I can't think of the date, but it's going to let in. Yeah. So the 18th. 18Th. Yeah. Okay. So it's next Tuesday. Yeah. So. Yeah. And I don't know, since the state's already doing, you know, that part of 26 from Wisconsin, like five to Orangeville. I don't know if they're going to plan on doing that. I don't know, but at the same time, right. Brian, Jim, anyone else? 6.3 Is the current budget and status. Brian, you have the floor. All right, Dale and I went over this before he left application. This is kind of just a, I have a question, we're going to do the question bit. Just you. Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I didn't, you're good. I was so concerned about this. The budget, everything's, there's nothing over, no funds are over budget or anything like that. Again, we, the projects, we haven't really had a ton of projects yet, besides seal coding for townships. Big dollar item projects, so we're still kind of, we're still okay on budget and I don't, I don't feel like we'll be any over anything like that. So I still think we're fine, no concerns, no concerns. Any questions for Brian about that? Okay, moving into old business, which there is none. We'll skip right down to A5-1 discussion and the approval of the budget supplementary request. Before we get into that, do we have a little. Get into that. We have a lot of work to do with that budget. So we will be just discussing that this evening and picking it back up again next month. So with that, Brian, if you want to take us down through each one of them. You want me to go first or you want the animal control? We all have to sit here. So again, this is like, Brian said that this is just it's kind of like the first request for our budget. The Highway Fund 005 is currently as it sits right out over budget, but that's the majority of it comes from the construction equipment and capital fund line item 746. A few years ago, you guys had asked us to put together a five-year replacement fund and that was, I think it was actually about $320,000 a year when he put away to maintain our fleet. And so we put in $300,000 for that. And that put us $168,000 over budget. Everything else, all the other, and again, I don't know if you want to go through line by line or just kind of look it over, but everything else is pretty much the same or it's something or even lots. We don't have to do line by line that we should do at least fund by farm. So for the 005, we have revenue coming in at $1,145,900. And that includes accounting, the County Maintenance MFT Transfer, which is basically our County Motor Fuel Fund, 009, reimbursing the highway fund for the equipment and labor that we use to out that fund. And in the past, we've budgeted $100,000. Last year, 2025, we didn't reimburse that highway fund because last year we were okay with the funding and the county mortar field was a little bit low. So we just left the funds in the county mortar field. But in years past, if it had a 2024 actual, it would have set $100,000. So that's the only discrepancy in that. I want to bring it up to that. Can I ask you a question about that? Specifically talking about that. So the money comes from Fund 9, correct? And it should be back in Fund 9, it should say it says that account has been transferred to Fund 05. Yeah. That shows 60,000 over there and there's 100,000 here. And I was going to bring, that was my mistake right there. I should have only, I should, I even had that, that should only be 60,000, I'm sorry. Yeah, I noticed that after I got off the phone with you and I was looking at that font specifically. So that's it, I'll update that for our next round, but. Very good, thank you. Brian. Yes. I'm curious, facility use fees, What, what is going, where else do you get money from for facility use fees? Oh, I mean, emergency management. They're both in that facility. Okay, thank you. That includes like printer, electricity, it includes everything. So it's not technically a rent or anything like that. So it's, it's like just everyday usage of materials, things like that. Okay thank you. And then just the expenses. Expenses for 2027 is $1,340,150 which again will give us a deficit of $168,250. But again that's the $300,000. It's all coming from that and construction equipment in capital form of $300,000. Another question for you. On safety equipment of 15 employees. Yep. You have 15 employees and they all need safety equipment. Is that correct? Part of the contract, the union contract, they get $350 a year. Thank you. And they use that for the safety equipment, I was just curious that does cover all the employees that need it, correct? Correct, yes. Thank you. So the jump in these salaries, is that part of that contract? The jump in the salaries is basically the increase from the contract. And and I've split it differently between 005 and 009 this year. So just because 005, we only get fund, we just get the tax revenue, July. And so all that funding needs to come the first six months has to come out of the common water fuel first. So it's just a difference in percentage, but it's basically the 4% increase. If you add the 005 and the 009 together. Seeing the huge numbers there on their 005 salaries, I'm like, oh, you see that, right? It's 39% increases. Guest, and the 16th, I don't see the drop, I don't see a drop over here, I'm not, 9 you've got 3.21 and 3.54 and it's all 5, you got 6.67 and it's 32%, so if you're in all 7, sorry. Last year, events went down almost 42% for salary. So I've, okay. So you did say, oh, nine, that's why I looked at it. The maintenance, I wish I had that right now, the salary. It's just the breakdown of, because the engineer tech and for the engineering salary, it's yours it's like half of mine okay and yeah I'll let me double check that and let me get it back that's fine but you're comparing or doing 5.3 and 0.5 together is also telecommuting what was that I'm sorry because 500 5.3 expenses over what lay down on the salaries and then the other one what Yeah, I'm just trying to understand what that is. Do you have an itemization of the contractual and non-contractual? Yeah, I'll get that. I'll get that. That number, those total should match up with what's in the fund. And we're splitting it between, like I said, like three funds, and it's not the same every year, so that's probably why. I assume that the health insurance is down sharply for the same reasons? Correct. Yeah. It's, yes, it's, are you talking specifically for a, no, you're fine, I should just say yes. I found last year we budgeted more than what we had, but assuming, I think I assume like an increase of 10%, but it's split between 05 and 09 again. So I believe it's. We don't have numbers close to 18%. We don't have numbers yet. It's not going to be 10%. I can promise you that. So, I'll go through the both notes again on the second time around, but I'll pledge it, I don't know. Another line that stood out to me was gas, $10,000, $9,000 less than last year's budget. And you have gas, there's some plug, are we still operating? We're still, we've still got the top track, yep. And that's still one more year, you know, it doesn't matter, I think we're in the second year right now. Yep, and it goes three years, yep. Three years, yep. Yes. Yeah, I think it's less than $3 a gallon. For the regular diesel, I think it's like $2.39 plus the $0.50 for the tax. I think that might be. I know, I'll be out. So we're back in it. And last year, the winter wasn't terrible, so we didn't go through a ton of fuel. In 005 and the round inside, so the description for sales is the sale of the old chip sealer. So is that if you get the new chip sealer and you're subliminal request, this sale will happen or you're going to get rid of it no matter? That would happen if we had to get, if we got red-bit, but there's also like odds and ends, like in the past that we've sold and paid money and stuff like that. I mean, I think this $35,000 is on the low end, even if we didn't sell the chip spreader. So it potentially could be more, but I don't. Brian, what is your plan for funding the deficit? Uh, we probably have, I'd have off the tail, but I would say it's plus the equipment that we need to have to replace. That's not going to get replaced then less work to get like less township work. I don't, I don't, I'd have to, Dale, just, we just wanted to give you this guy and leave it up to the committee and see what you're not asking you to reduce your expense, but you're presenting items that apparently are needed. And along with that, there should be a revenue component. And that's what I'm asking for. If you're saying you need these items with the funding that you have available, how are you funding the deficit? Are you asking for it to come from another department within the County, the general fund? What is the plan? Are those the supplements? No, I'm talking about your budget, not the supplements. Oh, I guess that's right. I would leave it, I would assume, leave it up to the committee, like what they recommend, because as a highway department, I don't see us having any, excuse me, I don't see us having any, like, revenue source that, like, can we go out to other villages or cities and ask, do more work, but that they don't have time to do more work. So I don't, I don't, I think I, I personally, I think that's, I think that's, I think that's, I think that's, I think that's, I think that's, I think that's, I think up to Dale. I don't know. I don't, I don't, I don't have an answer to that. I'm not trying to fall on you, but if departments are asking for funds above and beyond what the normal or budget is for, I guess I would hope that you'd also be coming with a revenue source saying we need this, but we're going to need X number of dollars from wherever, whether that's cash carried forward, interest income, whatever that may be. But it sounds like, and I may be maybe misunderstanding, but just presenting the expenses that you'd like to have approved for the operation independent of the revenues that are fed. Correct. I mean, the expenses for the construction equipment was based on that five-year plan that we did for you. So based on equipment getting replaced that, and just the cost of, but yeah, I'd have to get back to you and let you know, We'll talk to Dale when he gets back. Perfect. Thank you. Anybody else have any questions? No, you said it's big on the dial and that's what you put away for a lefinian for this. So replace the usual. Put it in used equipment. Okay. I think they have the 545,000 that hasn't been in that line to cover the cabin chassis that's gone the wrong way. Yeah, the equipment, the 27 budget would be for just the equipment from Minerals, I believe. Because the cabin chassis is already in, I don't remember what that amount was, from Minerals. Actually that's stretchy. What that was quoted at. I think the cabin chassis was $145 and I think the equipment was like $126. I feel like Cabin Chassis will most likely be made out of this year's budget, 26.26. That's good news. Yeah, it's like half is paid in one year and half is paid in the other, so the whole amount isn't made. Yeah. But the equipment replacement, the five-year replacement fund, it wasn't just the Cabin Chassis. There was other equipment that was involved in that. I have a question just on how this whole thing works. Okay so we have all these multiple funds some of them appear to be in deficit mode at this point so you can borrow money from another fund if there's a plus balance. Is that correct? Not necessarily. Are you talking like line items or entire funds? Well, I'm just trying to think of it. Like 006 or like 007, that's the County Bridge. You can only use that on like, you can't use that on like Registrator or Registrator either. There was strips and funds so each fund basically needs to balance within itself grow okay got it try and get a handle on it in my head so the funds that are able to be well we've put transfer mechanisms in there so if you mean 505 and 09 there are lines to transfer is generally 005 and 009 that you can do that with? I think 007 is awesome sometimes, too, for equipment, correct? Yeah, 007, you can just like, anything that I keep, I have a spreadsheet in the office with any time, the timesheet is on with like, Braves projects are called, they're working on culverts and stuff, you can use that, those hours and that equipment. And so once that adds up, then you can transfer to the highway, the 005. Okay, so it's for specific uses, not just to find pools. Okay. And then over the salary is off because last year I budgeted 110,000 for assistant county engineering coming out of 006 and I didn't realize that we didn't have it set up to come out of 006 like on PayPal. And Paul. So that's, and that was 110,000. So that's going, that's getting taken out of all five and all six too. So that's why the percentage, the SNS watches you per thing. So this is for our bridge projects for next year and some salary and transferring of like the maintenance equipment works not like it's hourly working on. Like who's hourly working on culverts and bridges. So 1.4 million of that are for for two township bridges that are in the queue to replace for townships. That includes Florence Township, Buckeye Township, and Engineering for Lauren Township. Some of that, I mean, we can, if that has to be pushed down the road to another year, but those funds are come from OOA, the Township Bridge funds, which is federally mandated funds to use for Township Bridges, like the County can't use it for any of their bridges or anything like that. So about 1.4 of that would be specifically for the funding that we get reimbursed for for the Tasha Bridge Program. And then there's 418,000 is for Farwell Bridge repair that will be permanent repairs for a large bridge on Farwell Bridge Road. So those three bridge projects are part of that, that 1.8 million. Bridge on Firewall was the last inspection report to say entry. That's that one where they did the temporary. They had to short up and as we were told if it did not get short up it was going to have a load rating on it. And it's not good shape on your answer. It should last for a while. I mean, I don't want to. I would say into next year, but that's definitely a repair that's going to need to be done. Because if that had been full, it would be replaced, not that good, Dr. Mellon, it's right now. Cool. That's possible. That's more than that, probably. Yeah, that's a big one. That would be an important one to repair before it gets to the point where it needs to be replaced because that's a long bridge. Okay, do you know the likelihood of being able to land a grant to do that? I mean, there's grants out there, but that's not like, I mean, we're having trouble enough with the Bridge and Moran with the steel bridge, and that's like a special grant. So there's a lot less applicants for that specific one. And we're having trouble like getting that project going. So, I don't know, Dale knows a lot more about that than I do, but I mean, it's certainly possible. I mean, we used to get a lot of grant money, so, I mean, yeah. Mr. Newton, you are pretty high up in UCCI, and I'm just sitting now at NACO, is there any opportunity on the federal level that you can leverage your contacts to see what grants might be available. Well, I'll tell you what, we have a direct connect to the Senators on next month, this time. So since it's high on our priority, I can certainly raise the attention of our lawmakers Lawmakers in Illinois to turn to Congress to look for some money for us. Meeting with LaHood in a bunch, which I'll bring up. Mr. Rairo, you're going to D. C., you'll be in D. C. We'll see Tammy Duxworth and we'll see. Well, he's getting ready to leave the center of his staff. Dirk is just really making his exit, but certainly they can, you know, They'll talk about what they have. Maybe we can just, you know, make mention of that. We need certainly be fooling them, as will happen. We won't have to sit in a group as we've done in the past with a bunch of other states and a bunch of, it'll just be people who are going from our UCCI who will be sharing. So any information that we have about that bridge, you know, maybe I could get some information and kind of put it in there, put it in our ear. So it won't be the first time that they hear about it. We put a similar pack together years ago for Bill Race Crossing. I had GFP help me with that. I don't think we have to go to that degree, but I'm guessing you guys could put together some sort of engineering points to discuss that he could take with you if you'd like. Agreed, thanks. I appreciate it. Scott, you have to write a full paragraph on It's Not Good. That would be a full paragraph of it. This is short, anyway. Anybody else have a question or questions before we move on? Move on. So I do have, and I think this is, maybe this is dealt with. OK, so the county works on township bridges, but we get no money from the township. We do not, like as a county, we don't, we just kind of like hold the money. Like it comes to our funds. We don't do work for the, on the bridges. Like we get it, and then an engineering firm doesn't, the township pays that. There are, before we had a 100% funding for the plastic bridge program, we We would split like the engineering, this was years ago, we would split the engineering cost with them, but none of that constructed cost. So basically this $1.8 million is nothing but a pass through of Hanna? The $1.4 million. The $1.4 million is a pass. Correct. That's the Township Bridge. That's 008 Township Bridge. So there's Township Bridges and County Bridges. There's two fronts there that are similar in names. And Township Ridges are, it's not our responsibility, it's just a mass step, just the funds now. Yeah, and that, that was the thing is I was trying to figure out funding from Townships. So yes, Luke, got it. Mr. Jogerst, that leads me to this question, maybe on budget 524, on the expenses, on the expenses you get transferred at fund 07 for $261,000 for fundage and then overall on revenue for budget 5.3 that amount is $1,426,000. And McKinsey. He doesn't make mistakes to start at the 60th. When I went into the 50th, there were a lot of decisions, they were leaving, intending to take. And they did make really good decisions in terms of consciously expanding κΌ achieving I guess that's consultant. The consultant, we're getting funding for the engineering for this, for these contracts going forward for the account. So I guess I should see what I'm looking at, right? The 1.261 and 164,800. If you add those two together, those are both coming from the Township Bridge Program. Well, I'm looking at the line 60100 on budget 08 and I'm also looking at the line 34732 and they don't match. So if you go to 008, so you see the transfer to fund 007, and then right below it is consultant. So if you add those together, it's the 1.426, I split them up just by thinking, but those are both for the township bridge. So those should be together. So I should, I'll fix that, that should be, I should add the 164,800 to the 1.261, that's the trend all the time. Yeah, sorry, I, so there's, okay, nine is $400, I'm okay with that. One million four point six hundred and your transfer in is one million four point six even. One million two sixty one six hundred. So both of those should have done the transfer before, oh, that one, again, I'm sorry about that. That's fine. Questions? If you do uncover something in your question, let me know about that. That'd be fine. So basically my budget is the same as last year. Here. The only thing we changed, donations, which I'm still playing around with. I still think we're going to get quite a few donations next year, just with being at the new building. People are going to feel more welcome coming in and donating, seeing what it's going towards. Let's see if that was changed. Obviously, health insurance went up and we all got our 3.5, 3.5 raise. That was my assistant there doing 25 hours per week, which she is currently. She's not at that, but, uh, next week she's going to be working for me three days a week instead of two. Um, she's cutting back at her other job, so she can be with me more, which will help greatly. And adoption fees that might be actually more because we're in the new building and more will get adopted out and stuff instead of transferring out all the time. But I just left it where it was last year or this year, I guess. Adrian, perhaps you know, too, the transfer from ARPA, wasn't that reversed, still showing as 675? I think it was done after this report, yeah, because I have to input these amounts manually and I only got so far. So that's why you're still seeing May 31st. So for September I'll have that updated. Okay. Very strict action. Any questions? Sure. So on the adoption fees through 8 31st, we've got zero in there. Correct. Wow. They've all been transferred out. Okay. We will have some this month, the puppies and mama and. All right. Yeah. You'll start. Yeah. You'll start seeing it. Now that we're in the building and we're, yeah, yep. No, I think it's, I mean, I did, I must have added the veterinary salary wrong last budget. So I did add $40 to that. That's actually what he gets. You've got health insurance going up by 5.9%. I just put that in. I think it's going to be higher than the issue. Hey, that's okay. Yeah, it's definitely going to be an issue. She's given me special health insurance. We're hoping to have renewal numbers stacked over. We're waiting on Blue Cross Blue Shield. Yeah, we are. So if Dr. Condi does retire, that's the veterinary salary. So would that have to, like some contract have to be in place with someone new or do you expect that? Yes, we would have to have a, we have to have a county vet. So do you anticipate that going up, I mean, is he giving you a stellar deal? Or do you think the vet that I have in mind will be fine for that? Oh, yeah. And a lot of the care is done in Rockford. Yeah. We just have to have a county vet by one center. And I think, you know, he gets four hundred dollars every two piece. So I think any of that be OK with the vet because they're basically not doing a whole lot. Other than answering questions. We have a question, maybe something otherwise. And then I'm hoping when he does retire, the new vet would be more hands-on with building, which the one I'm thinking of will be, which I think she'd be fine. She's more for rescue, So, I think she'd be fine with whatever she gets. Any questions from committee? We'll pick it up again next month and see if we've got any other questions. Any other details, the data can be fine, too. So, thank you. Thank you. Okay, we've got a little date coming through. This is just to take the cores and stuff for the road on Rock City Road, doing the CIO work for them, just so they have a report, knowledge, stuff to use, we've done this in passed and it was done. So, good work. Yeah. Is there a motion to approve 26-17? So, Mr. Moderow seconded by Mr. Jogerst. Any discussion? Seeing none, all those in favor say aye. Aye. Motion is approved. Just to all. If I remember right, this kind of method is for testing the quality and Peter Prospects for the job, right? Correct, like how much stuff, how much aggregate knowledge still requires composition. Yeah, it gives us a never-wanted idea of what we can actually do. Correct, and then they always do a good job, they always send pictures and then we can use it for future too. I know, so let's give this new business, we move from 9.0, which is comments from the videos, I think that your recognition is wonderful. I think we should be confident on that and promote that as much as we can. I know there's a lot of people out there, especially on social media, and we have hands on it. Very happy with a moon shield shelter. It's just inside the door for the head. Oh yeah. It might have lights around it. I got it. Do I have a motion to adjourn? Everybody wants to stay here. I will. Move by Mr. Jogerst, second by Mr. Newton. Mr. Jogerst, seconded by Mr. Newton. All those in favor, say aye. Motion to adjourn. Our meeting is adjourned. Thank you, Dad. Thank you, of course. Thank you, George and Stephanie.
